To Cut or Not?

Mazzie's hair is soooo long.  It's getting out of control!  I'm debating on whether or not to cut it to her shoulders.

    I would say no, but I have a two year old whose hair keeps getting in her face, which is annoying me! LOL, your daughter has beautiful hair!
